Water Planet has created PolyCera Membranes as a subsidiary operating company, with the initial tranche of an $8.75 million round of financing.
Simon Marshall, former partner at Amane Advisors, and a senior business manager with experience in North and Central America, the Middle East, Far East, and Europe, joins PolyCera Membranes as chief executive.
“PolyCera is a truly differentiated membrane technology that is enabling customers to treat challenging waters with membranes, which could not be done economically before. I’m excited about the opportunity to lead PolyCera’s commercial growth phase,” Marshall said.
