With the 2012 AWWA/AMTA Membrane Technology Conference under way this week in Phoenix, Arizona, a call for papers has been issued for next year’s event in Texas.

The 2013 Membrane Technology Conference & Exposition will be held in the Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio during 25‑28 February 2013.

Organised jointly by the American Water Works Association and the American Membrane Technology Association, the three-day program of technical presentations and posters will cover the following topics:

·Seawater reverse-osmosis desalination applications
·Specific and multi-contaminant removal applications
·Wastewater treatment and reuse

·New membrane technology and innovations
