Ashdod desalination plant gets financial approval

Chennai III consultant to be chosen this month
India’s Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board will choose a consultant in July 2011 to prepare a detailed project report for a 200,000 m³/d desalination plant at Pattipulam, a few kilometres away from the 100,000 m³/d Nemmeli desalination plant due for completion in December.
