Membrane veteran Peter Waldron took up his new position as business development manager for San Diego-based Toray Membrane USA on 28 March 2011, but he told D&WR that he’s remaining in Massachusetts for the near future.
Prior to Toray, Waldron was vice-president of sales for Energy Recovery Inc‘s large projects group, where he had been since December 2009.
In a 20-year career in membrane-based water technologies, Waldron has also held positions with Koch Membrane Systems, Bekaert Progressive Composites and GE/Ionics. He is currently president of the American Membrane Technology Association.
