Education
Bachelors degree of mechanical or chemical engineering or higher
Required Qualifications & Skills
Leadership, Strong managerial skills, Motivational, responsible.
10 years minimum experience in RO (or 15 years minimum experience in industry with ability to quickly self-teach RO).
Excellent command on English language & fair command on Arabic language.
Strong Command over operations, production, maintenance, administration, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
Achieve and sustain plant reliability and dependability targets through out the plant expected life through proper management of the following functions:
Plant Operations:
– Achieve and sustain production volume and quality targets
– Insure adequacy of feed supply volume and quality
– Product water quality management (Monitoring for targets, Control measures, Corrective responses)
– Overall Quality assurance and control
– Manage emergencies
Plant Maintenance and Automation
– Achieve and sustain performance and down time targets
– Preventive maintenance management
– Optimum automation and control and unattended operation
– Interfaces control
– Repairs and root cause analysis and elimination
Plant administration:
– Compliance with regulatory requirements
– Maintain operating permits and licenses
– Manage environmental impact
– Security planning and implementation
– Health and safety management
– Customer inquiry tracking and response
– Manage procurement, warehousing, accounting, and Human resources
– Housekeeping and cleanliness
– Overall Documentation
