Morillon to direct MEDRC training

Michel Morillon, former CEO and CTO of the 80,000 m³/d Sur seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant project in Oman, has joined the Middle East Desalination Research Center (MEDRC) as director of training.

He will head up the Continuous Professional Education & Training Program in desalination and water reuse, which will be launched by MEDRC soon.

Morillon has held technical and management positions throughout his 28-year career with Veolia in Morocco, Middle East, France and the Indian Ocean, and developed an extensive expertise in municipal water and sewage operations. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers in Paris, France, where he earned an engineering degree in mechanics and industrial processes.
