The International Desalination Association has announced that it will again be supporting the International Water Summit (IWS) 2014 in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as a knowledge partner.
Hosted by Masdar, IWS 2014 is a unique global platform for promoting water sustainability in arid regions. Held on 20-22 January 2014, under the patronage of General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, crown prince of Abu Dhabi, IWS aims to foster innovation, best practice and collaboration to offer tangible solutions to the pressing issue of water scarcity.
IWS 2014 is endorsed by the UAE Ministry of Environment & Water, Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority, the Environment Agency of Abu Dhabi, the Regulation & Supervision Bureau, and Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company.
