Evoqua acquires Noble Water, as growth plans shape up

Evoqua is acquiring Noble Water Technologies, a Texas, US-based provider of high purity water equipment, systems and services, service deionisation, and resign regeneration.

Noble Water Technologies serves the commercial and industrial water markets in Texas, covering pharmaceutical, laboratory, food and beverage, automative, speciality chemical, and power generation. Its clients range from end users, to consulting and engineering firms, to equipment distributors, and contractors

The deal comes as Evoqua looks to the next stage of growth, and has appointed advisors to help steer its strategy. All options are on the table, including an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or even a sale of the business; however, an IPO is the most likely.

Evoqua provides treatment systems and services for water and wastewater, and has a portfolio of brands comprising advanced water technologies, and mobile and emergency water supply solutions and services.
