Robert D Dixon, formerly vice-president with Air Products & Chemical Inc, has been name CEO of Seven Seas Water Corporation, Florida-based specialists in the supply of potable, ultra-pure and reuse water.
Dixon succeeds Douglas R Brown, who has been CEO since 2007, and will remain chairman of the board of directors
In 1983, Dixon started with Air Products serving energy, electronics, chemicals, steel and manufacturing customers. Most recently, he was the senior vice president and general manager of the US$ 4 billion Merchant Gases Segment (Air Products’ largest segment operating in over 40 countries) and a member of the corporate executive committee.
Brown said, “Bob has a very deep understanding of how our build‑own‑operate business model works. This knowledge, combined with his years of experience accessing international markets made Bob our top choice.”
