Osmoflo Pty Ltd, Australia’s largest locally owned desalination company has moved into new corporate headquarters in the centre of metropolitan Adelaide at Level 4, 97 Pirie Street.
The new offices will house business services, corporate development, business development and marketing functions.
These were previously carried out at Osmoflo’s operations, fabrication and test facility at Burton, opened in 2008. Sized in excess of 5,000 m², this is the largest facility in the southern hemisphere dedicated to the fabrication of reverse-osmosis desalination equipment. It also includes a full test rig enabling “wet” testing of completed modules using rainwater collected and stored on -site and recycled after use.
Since 1991 Osmoflo has produced almost 300 systems, ranging in size to 50 MLD. Company growth has outstripped expectation, and offices at Burton are now required for design, production, project management and operations staff, necessitating the need for the new corporate centre.
