New quartet joins RWL’s Aeromix and Nirosoft

RWL Water has recently added four new staff to its group companies Aeromix and Nirosoft.

Jorge T Aguinaldo, a seasoned membrane treatment specialist and desalting engineer, joins Aeromix as director of business development. His responsibilities include developing water and wastewater projects in North America.

Aquinaldo has previously worked for Metito, American Engineering Service, American Water Chemicals and Doosan.

The other three new arrivals are at advanced treatment provider Nirosoft: Guy Goldman, pre-sales engineer; Uzi Kafri, Africa regional sales manager; and Ofer Epstein, after-sales engineer.

Goldman, 35, has extensive engineering experience that includes designing and managing various environmental projects. His experience in wastewater treatment packaged plants, and water treatment engineering includes process design, preliminary and detailed design, site supervision and consulting.

Uzi joined RWL Water Nirosoft in October, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in senior global sales and marketing. Before joining Nirosoft, Uzi served for six years as vice president of sales and marketing at P2W Ltd. The company focused in the gold mining industry with unique technology for wastewater treatment.

Epstein has proven sales, commercial, and management experience gained through varied roles in the agriculture security fields. Before joining the Nirosoft team, he worked for the Israel Dairy Board, Netafim, and El-Al Security in London.
