Engineering firm Neptune Benson, has bought Canada-based water filtration company, Sonitec Vortisand, for an undisclosed sum.
Chief executive officer of Neptune Benson, Kenneth Rodi, said, “The acquisition of Sonitec compliments our ETS UV product line with many applications in industrial process water treatment.”
Co-owners of Sonitec, Denis Deschenes and Maurice Piché, said: “The synergies with Neptune Benson sales network and the depth of [middle market investor] Audax Group resources will accelerate the market penetration of Sonitec and provide the company with a strong base in the USA.”
