Microdyn-Nadir has acquired Oltremare, a supplier and distributor of customised spiral membranes based in Italy.
The deal expands Microdyn’s range of membrane filtration products, adding Oltremare’s customised and private-label spiral membrane elements, as well as reverse osmosis and ion exchange products.
Oltremare founder Marco Nava will continue in a leadership position.
In October 2016, Microdyn-Nadir acquired US speciality membrane company TriSep Corp.
Microdyn-Nadir is the water treatment business unit of global filtration leader Mann + Hummel.
