H₂O Innovation has appointed Marc Blanchet as chief financial officer and Guillaume Clairet as chief operating officer.
Lawyer and mergers and acquisitions specialist, Blanchet joined H₂O Innovation in February 2007 as director of corporate and legal affairs. Since July 2011, he has been vice president, corporate and legal Affairs and corporate secretary.
Blanchet will include in his brief “coordinating acquisition projects and growth plans.”
Clairet is a registered professional engineer ihas held several roles in the company over the past ten years and since July, 2012, he has been executive vice president of the firm. H₂O Innovation said his “extensive knowledge of the water treatment industry and active involvement in numerous industry associations are important and strategic assets necessary for the strong growth expected in the coming years”.
President and chief executive Officer of H₂O Innovation, Frédéric Dugré, said the appointments would allow him “to focus on the implementation and deployment of our strategic vision, which is based on more innovation, greater synergy across our different business lines and a sustained growth both organically and by acquisition in order to complement our business model.
