US-based desalination equipment manufacturer Fluid Equipment Development Co (FEDCO) has opened a Middle East Sales & Service Center in Dubai, UAE.
The facility will stock maintenance kits and spare parts for the various FEDCO product lines and will be used to train customers and sales people for installation, commissioning and maintenance of FEDCO equipment.
Casey Bly, Middle East sales and service manager, will be the point of contact for most of FEDCO’s Middle East customers for new product sales, including desalination pumps and energy-recovery devices. He can be contacted at cbly@fedco-usa.com.
Says Bly, “Our focus has always been to quickly respond to the needs of our overseas customers, but time zones and holidays often impeded our best efforts. Our local presence in the center of our largest customer base will assure clients a responsive and timely effort to meet their most urgent requirements.”
