Water filtration specialist Pall Water is to begin operating in affiliation with Danaher’s Water Quality business unit, which includes the brands Hach, Trojan Technologies, and ChemTreat.
Danaher acquired Pall Corporation for $13.8 billion in 2015, with a view to creating two operating units: Danaher, combining dental, life sciences and water; and NewCo, a collection of other businesses.
Further, Pall is reportedly selling its research and development facility in Washington Port, New York, US, and the company is poised to relaunch its web presence as pallwater.com this month.
