Seven Seas hires ex-ContourGlobal VP as CFO

Florida-based Seven Seas Water Corporation announced on 17 December 2013 that Lee Muller has joined the company as senior vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and a member of the executive committee.

Muller joins Seven Seas from ContourGlobal, a key player in the global energy market, where he was executive vice president and CFO. During his tenure at ContourGlobal, he negotiated project and corporate financings, including several Euromoney Project Finance Deals of the Year.

Prior to ContourGlobal, Muller was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs where he specialized in international project financing and was responsible for originating, structuring and executing complex infrastructure financings in the international bank and capital markets.

Robert Dixon, Seven Seas Water’s CEO, said, “Lee Muller has an extensive background in investment banking for large international energy projects, and this knowledge correlates well with our build-own-operate business model for water services. His skill in establishing finance arrangements with both private and government-supported entities is precisely the expertise we were looking for to support our growth initiatives.”
