Chartered engineer Neil Reynolds has been appointed regional managing director for CH2M Hill’s operations in Middle East/North Africa (MENA) and India.
Reynolds joined CH2M HILL in 2009 as international operations director and was responsible for CH2M HILL’s water business operations outside North America, focusing in the UK and Europe, MENA, India, Singapore and Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
In his new post, Reynolds will be leading the entire regional footprint for CH2M HILL and Halcrow, which the firm acquired in 2011, working across CH2M HILL’s business markets (energy, water, transportation, environment, facilities and infrastructure).
A fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Reynolds is also a chartered environmentalist and has more than 30 years of experience in international infrastructure project development, engineering, procurement, and construction.
