Engineering firm Arcadis has rebranded its Malcolm Pirnie water division, which it acquired in 2009, as Arcadis.
Colorado-based Arcadis, as of 1 June 2013, launched a full brand transition scheduled to conclude by the end of 2013.
“Our heritage and reputation as a leading consultant addressing the world’s most complex water challenges is unsurpassed – regardless of what name you put on it,” said Michael MacPhee, president of the water division. “Ultimately it is our people, our knowledge, and our commitment to our clients that defines us.”
In the four years since the merger, the companies have combined their resources and drawn on the breadth and depth of their expertise on a number of groundbreaking projects such as the ongoing design-build wastewater system rehabilitation in Islamorada and aquifer recharge efforts in Sunrise and continue to provide water and wastewater services to municipal and county agencies throughout South Florida.
