Ralph Peterson, the former CEO and current chairman of CH2M Hill Companies Ltd, has joined the strategic advisory board of XPV Capital, a Canadian growth equity fund focused exclusively on capturing opportunities in the water sector, XPV announced on 8 January 2009.
CH2M Hill is a leading global water engineering firm with great experience of water supply treatment, wastewater treatment and desalination. Peterson has worked for the firm since 1965 and served as the firm’s technology director before being appointed CEO from 1991 to 1 January 2009.
“I joined XPV because their water investment strategy demonstrates a real understanding of how and where you can make money solving the growing global water challenges” stated Peterson.
