Ballard signs for Toray USA as SE sales managerBallard moves to Toray after eight years as regional market manager with Protec Arisawa. He will be responsible for sales of all Toray product lines from Florida north to the Carolinas. Toray says Ballard's knowledge of the market and strong customer ties have made him successful and a key addition to its team.
