Nalco acquires Res-Kem deionization and RO services

US water treatment company Nalco announced the acquisition of Res-Kem Corporation and General Water Services of Philadelphia on 19 April 2010.

Res-Kem's core operations include portable deionized water services, reverse osmosis membrane cleaning, preventative maintenance/troubleshooting and media and resin/media rebed services.

This acquisition improves Nalco's ability to provide customers with the equipment, supplies and accessories for a total industrial water solution in general industry markets throughout the north-eastern US, specifically in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
