Dr Ing Stefan Panglisch joined inge GmbH (now part of BASF) in Greifenberg in mid-April to head up the research and development department.
Dr Panglisch was previously responsible for water technology at the IWW Zentrum Wasser in Müllheim, Germany, a prestigious research and consulting institute that has gained national and international acclaim.
He has extensive experience in applied research and has conducted numerous industrial-scale pilot projects aimed at optimizing the use of membranes in water treatment processes. In recent years, his research work has focused on the sustainable deployment of membrane technology for seawater desalination and for treating pre-cleaned wastewater.
