WRA webcast to look at potable reuse future

The WateReuse Association is to hold a webcast on The Future of Potable Reuse on 26 June 2012.

The webcast will discuss the legislative and regulatory implications of potable reuse, "direct" potable reuse, surface water augmentation and effective public outreach.

Topics covered will include:

  • Potable Reuse Developments in California
  • Implementing Direct Raw Water Blending in Big Springs, Texas
  • City of San Diego Advanced Water Purification Demonstration Project Outreach Efforts

  • The speakers will be Dave Smith, WateReuse California; David W Sloan, Freese & Nichols; and Marsi Steirer, City of San Diego, Public Utilities Department.
