All four consortia bidding for the 275,000 m³/d Soreq desalination plant in Israel have passed the prequalification stage and have been told by the Inter-Ministerial Tenders Committee for Desalination that they will be invited to submit bids.
The next stage of the tendering process will be published in the first weeks of 2009.
