Ottawa-based Seprotech Systems Inc, developer of CrystalBlue™ membrane-based water recycling systems, announced a new chairman and CEO on 27 January 2011,
Jordan Grant has been appointed as the company’s chief executive officer. Martin J Hauschild has stepped down as president and chief executive officer, and as a director of the company, effective immediately.
In addition, Wilf Stefan will be promoted to president and chief operating officer. Stefan joined the company in 2005 and was previously vice-president of operations. New appointments to the board are expected soon.
Seprotech is a provider of pre-engineered water and wastewater treatment plants to the land development, resource sector and military market place, including CrystalBlue and the Rotordisk® wastewater treatment systems.
