The International Desalination Association (IDA) announced on 17 November 2011 that its members would be eligible for a 10% discount on delegate fees for the 2011 Saudi Water & Power Forum (SWPF 2011), which will be held 4-6 December 2011 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
IDA secretary general Patricia Burke told members, “IDA is once again pleased to support this conference and to cooperate with Dr Adil Bushnak in organizing a session titled Focus on the Future of Green Desalination.”
SWPF is endorsed by the Ministry of Water & Electricity and supported by the industry’s leaders. All IDA members will receive a 10% discount on delegate fees to the conference by putting “IDA” in the promotional code box when booking.
In addition to key speakers at the SWPF 2011, three members of IDA’s Board of Directors will speak at the event: Leon Awerbuch, president, Leading Edge Technologies (LET) and past president, IDA; Dr Adil Bushnak, chairman, Moya Bushnak and co-founder of Al-Aghar Group; and Dr Corrado Sommariva, managing director ILF and current president of IDA.
