SEDA spring symposium brochure available

Back To The Basics will be the theme for the Spring Symposium of the Southeast Desalting Association (SEDA) which will be held in Captiva, Florida, on 13-16 June 2010.

The symposium should prove to be a good introduction to membrane processes for those just getting into the field, while also serving as a refresher and technology update for others. The program will be featuring case histories on some of the area's membrane plants plus hands-on training at the Island Water Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant.

As always, the program will include several networking/social events including the always enjoyable Operator's Challenge. SEDA members can watch for the program brochure in the mail. Everyone can download it from the SEDA website. Those registering by 4 June 2010 will save US$ 50.0.

SEDA has also announce that the next SEDA Membrane Operator Certification (MOC) Short School is planned for the Week of 17-21 May 2010 at the City of Pompano Beach WTP. The brochure and registration are available on the SEDA website. Register now - space is limit to 30 attendees.
