Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection specialist NeoTech Aqua Solutions Inc announced on 10 March 2014 the addition of Randy Truby, a past president of the International Desalination Association, to its board of directors.

Truby began his water treatment career in 1968, participating and leading the successful growth of several notable membrane companies including ROGA General Atomic, UOP-Fluid Systems, Koch Membrane Systems, and Hydranautics. In 2006, he was recruited to create Toray Membrane USA, which realized a profit and grew to over US$ 50 million in revenue in just four years.

"He is credited with leading an impressive array of water treatment professionals throughout his career with a leadership style that is thoughtful, pragmatic and results-driven.

"Randy's inherent skill set and knowledge base fit perfectly with NeoTech Aqua's global strategy of leveraging our unique technical assets to improve the reliability, efficiency, and economics of water treatment plants requiring UV treatment," Dunham added.

NeoTech Aqua Solutions specializes in the development, manufacturing and sales of high-efficiency UV Systems for disinfection and total organic carbon reduction in water treatment plants.
