The American Membrane Technology Association (AMTA) has announced that it has reached an interim agreement with the American Water Works Association (AWWA) to renew their combined desalination and water treatment membrane event for 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The 2014 Membrane Technology Convention & Exhibition will be held on 10‑13 March 2014. For future years, the two associations will be working on a new agreement for events.
A call for papers has been issued with a deadline of 30 June 2013.
AMTA, an affiliate of the International Desalination Association, and AWWA are currently holding the 2013 convention in San Antonio, Texas (25-28 February 2013).
