NanoH2O appoints Markovich as CFO

California-based desalination membrane manufacturer NanoH2O Inc announced on 12 January 2011 the appointment of semiconductor and cleantech veteran John Markovich as chief financial officer.

Prior to joining NanoH2O, Markovich was the CFO of energy-sector new-tech manufacturer Emcore Corporation.

“During his career, he has built numerous high performance organizations and led dozens of successful transactions including initial public offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, public and private financings and major collaborations. His experience will be essential in managing NanoH2O’s future business.”
