The Membrane Industry Association of China (MIAC) is the latest affiliate to join the International Desalination Association (IDA).
MIAC held a successful forum on Seawater desalination – industry on 27-29 October 2012 in Beijing, addressed by the president of IDA, Dr Corrado Sommariva; the president of the Asia Pacific Desalination Association, Masaru Kurihara; and Dr Yang Shangbao of the Environment Resources Division of China’s National Development & Reform Commission.
