The former general manager of Indio Water Authority in California, Debra Kaye, has been been appointed by NeoTech Aqua Solutions Inc, provider of UV disinfection systems, as vice-president of global municipal technologies.
A civil engineer, Kaye served as vice-president for the American Water Works Association from 2009 to 2011 and has served on NeoTechs technical advisory board since 2009.
