Alternative Water Supplies Assist water resource planners in evaluating the potential for the use of alternative water supplies Concept Planning & Development Work with the project owner(s) providing input overview for the conceptual design of the project. Phasing, interpretation, scheduling, fiscal planning, net worth analysis, etc. Provide input for system design. Serve as owner s representative working with the consulting engineer to insure that all project requirements are addressed. Also, available to assist with feasibility studies and pilot plant programs Process Design & Procurement Oversee and review process design and component selection. Advise on historical quality issues. Provide scheduling and expediting services on materials supply. Review subcontractor selection and evaluation on Design/Build Projects. Provide project management critique and schedule overview for the owner(s). Site Visits & Inspections Inspect proposed project site determining location feasibility, construction adherence to plans and specifications, commissioning, system performance analysis, operational problem analysis, corrective solution and implementation.
